Practical quality and safety requirements for publishing listings.

1. Minimum quality
- A clear title describing one main subject.
- A truthful description with material condition, defects, restrictions and availability.
- Correct category, listing type, price or salary and location.
- At least one relevant image where images are useful; no stock or unrelated images presented as the actual item.
2. Contact and safety
- Do not place passwords, payment codes, identity documents or unnecessary personal data in the description or photos.
- Use the designated phone and message functions.
- Do not direct users to fake payment, delivery or verification pages.
3. Duplicates and commercial series
- Do not publish the same offer repeatedly to dominate results.
- Variants may be combined where they concern the same product series.
- Business sellers should use a complete business profile and comply with consumer-information duties.
4. Moderation outcomes
- Automatic publication for low-risk content.
- Monitoring without hiding the listing.
- Correction of a high-confidence category or type.
- Return to the author for correction.
- Manual review, restriction or removal for serious or critical risk.
Legal framework
The documents take into account the GDPR, the Digital Services Act, Polish rules on electronic services, electronic communications and mandatory consumer protection. Their final application depends on the actual service model and enabled integrations.
